Set amongst the rolling hills and beech trees of Vejle Ådal valley, lies Haraldskær manor house, breaking up the lush green landscape with its white façade and red brick as it has done for almost 600 years through the Reformation and Renaissance, conquests and world wars. History creates the atmosphere at Haraldskær, whether you dine in the bright manor house dinning hall or among ancient exposed stones in the cozy vaulted cellar.
