Organic and locally produced ingredients are part of our DNA. Every day, all year round, we focus on increasing the share of local and organic ingredients in the gastronomic experiences we serve for our guests.
As the first Danish hotel chain, we received the Organic Cuisine Label in bronze in 2013 and in 2019, again as the first chain, in silver. This means that 60-90 % of our food and beverages are organic.
We are preoccupied with nature
The six Sinatur Hotels are placed in the middle of the characteristic Danish nature with shores and beaches, forests, streams, lakes and undulating river valleys. Of course, we're preoccupied with nature and make sure to take care of our surroundings so e.g. we use green energy, separate the waste and recycles as much as possible. Furthermore, we use the nearby nature to create unique and memorable experiences for our guests.
