A cancellation / downgrading / rescheduling must be made in writing.
An event can be canceled, downgraded or rescheduled by the following deadlines
General terms and condtions: Cancellation of an event / meeting less than 6 weeks prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you wish to cancel, downsize or reschedule an event / meeting, please note the following:
Up until 6 weeks prior to arrival it is free of charge to cancel, downsize or reschedule a meeting.
Between 6 and 4 weeks prior to arrival, a fee of 40% of the total price of the arrangement is invoiced.
Between 4 and 2 weeks prior to arrival, a fee of 75% of the total price of the arrangement is invoiced.
Later than 2 weeks prior to arrival a fee of 100% is invoiced.
It is possible to downsize the number of participants with 10% up until 48 hours prior to arrival without paying a fee.
